Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel, please email hello@subhiyah.com with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Sale items, custom orders, and made-to-measure pieces are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

Email hello@subhiyah.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions and a pickup arrangement.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for a different size on the same product, subject to availability. Please initiate an exchange request within 7 days of delivery. Exchange shipping charges may apply.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a free pickup and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
