Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery within India takes 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Express delivery (3–4 business days) is available at an additional charge at checkout. Remote areas may take up to 10 business days.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1,499. For orders below ₹1,499, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 is applicable. Express shipping charges vary by location and will be displayed at checkout.

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

Custom and made-to-order pieces require an additional 10–15 business days for production before dispatch. You will be kept informed at every stage of the process.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier partner's website.

International Shipping
